Greg Smith Due Diligence

Nexus Law Group Principal, Greg Smith, will be co-hosting a Due Diligence Workshop to clearly define Due Diligence and its implications for leadership in organisation.

Due Diligence is not a product of legislation. It is a broad organisational and individual responsibility that existed as a legal principle long before Work Health and Safety legislation.

The workshop will help people at every level of organisations understand how Due Diligence is applied in practice, and offers a holistic approach to the challenge of Due Diligence and tackling risk in organisation.

Greg and Dr Rob Long, a global founder of the Social Psychology of Risk, ran a Due Diligence program for a client in New Zealand last August 2017. The program was really well received and both decided to run a public program in Sydney on 1 & 2 November.

Greg has spent more than two decades specialising in risk, safety and health management. He is an international award winning author and qualified lawyer.
