Nexus has been named as a finalist in the 2017 Telstra New South Wales Business Awards.

As finalist in the New Business category, Nexus are up against competitors who are also innovators and providers of market-leading technologies.

In celebration of its 25th year, the prestigious award continues to recognise the achievements of small and medium enterprises as well as charities throughout Australia.

Telstra Business Executive Director, Brendan Donohoe, said this year’s finalists have truly been an inspiration with their unwavering quest for seeking new and better ways to do things. They are admired and trusted for being resilient, for displaying the courage to take risks and for their incredible talent and commitment.

Nexus Founder, Marcus McCarthy, said he was thrilled with the recognition.

“The Telstra Business Awards are well-recognised as a high calibre of award and it is a testament to the entire Nexus team to be announced as a finalist,” Marcus said.

“As a ‘NewLaw’ firm we are always pushing the boundaries of what a law firm looks like and how it operates, which requires more input and passion from the team – something they have in spades.”

The winners of the Telstra Business Awards will be announced at a Gala Dinner at the Sydney Town Hall on Tuesday, 18 July 2017.
