Allison is a highly experienced commercial real estate lawyer who, prior to joining Nexus, was a Senior Associate at a top-tier firm in Sydney. Allison has particular expertise in public and private sector property transactions, property disposals, acquisitions and leasing, property development and finance, joint ventures and partnerships, planning agreements, project structuring and procurement and probity processes.
Allison has acted for a range of clients including the Barangaroo Delivery Authority, Sydney Olympic Park Authority, NSW Office of Environment and Heritage, Housing NSW, NSW Department of Planning, City of Sydney, Sydney Water, EnergyAustralia, St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney, Mirvac and Brookfield Multiplex

Michael is a highly experienced commercial lawyer having spent 8 years in private practice and 10 years as a barrister. Michael has assisted many individuals and corporate entities to find intelligent and pragmatic solutions to complex legal problems.
Michael is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (‘GAICD’), a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (‘MCIARB’), a member of the Australia New Zealand Sports Law Association (‘ANZSLA’) and a panel member of the Football NSW Appeals Tribunal.
Michael has a particular interest in sports law which reflects his experience as a former national level athlete and as a current coach with Athletics Australia.
Marcus has advised clients in relation to all facets of business, commercial law & litigation for over 18 years, with a particular focus on the construction/infrastructure, mining and transport sectors. He is experienced in all forms of complex commercial transactions, mergers & acquisitions and superior court litigation. His expertise in contract drafting is uniquely informed by his extensive complex litigation experience. He is an industry recognised expert in construction law and published author on Security of Payments legislation.
With significant business experience outside the law, and broad knowledge of multiple practice areas, Marcus brings a rare level of commercial acumen and practical skill. Marc is adept at accompanying businesses through change, innovation, transformation, and international expansion in emerging markets and difficult jurisdictions, most recently in Central and West Africa, benefitting from on-the ground experience.
