Nexus spearheads NewLaw business model

“Our goal was not to shake up the industry, rather deliver better value for clients [and] reward the lawyers who deliver it,” says Nexus Law’s Marcus McCarthy.

“Our structure by its very nature is more cost effective across the board. Our lawyers charge clients anything up to half of what they did at their former firms and still receive a far greater portion of the fees generated than in a traditional firm structure. Happy, well rewarded and unrestricted lawyers do better work, simply because they are fully motivated. This is the ethos behind our business model. By effectively combining independent lawyers instead of leveraging employees, the model is better for all.”
